OUR FARMS Northern Rivers is proudly COVID safe and follows a COVID Safety Plan as follows:
Wellbeing of drivers and passengers
OUR FARMS Northern Rivers will cancel tours and activities if the driver is unwell and will
disallow unwell passengers to join the tour.
The driver will be provided with information on COVID-19, including when to get tested,
physical distancing, wearing masks and cleaning procedures. OUR FARMS Northern
Rivers will keep up to date with the latest COVID-19 restrictions prior to each tour and workshops.
The driver of OUR FARMS Northern Rivers is aware of sick leave entitlements, including
the Australian Government's Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment, as well as of
requirements to self-isolate if feeling unwell.

Although it is not mandatory to wear Face masks in Northern NSW, we encourage everyone
who feels more comfortable and safe by wearing a mask to do so.
Passengers are encouraged to sit in the back seats. Whilst back windows cannot be
opened in our shuttle bus, the vehicle's vents bring in fresh air from outside, promoting air flow.
Passengers are asked to handle their own personal belongings whenever possible and
close contact with and between passengers is discouraged.
The shuttle's vents will be used to bring fresh air from outside through the A/C system.
Hygiene and cleaning
OUR FARMS Northern Rivers encourages the driver and passengers to adopt good hand
hygiene practices and avoid contact with surfaces often touched by passengers or other
drivers such as door handles, frames and seatbelt buckles.
Contactless payment options is encouraged.
Touched areas and surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each workshop
with a detergent or disinfectant solution or wipe.
Driver will wash hands with soap and water before and after cleaning.
If a customer sneezes, coughs or vomits, surfaces will be cleaned with an appropriate
detergent solution or disinfectant wipes.
Extra cleaning practices will be employed at the end of each workshop as part of good
hygiene practice. This includes the sanitisation of seats, door handles,
windows, seatbelts and buckles.
Hand sanitiser will be made available at the entrance of the vehicle and passengers will
be encouraged to use it before entering the vehicle to maintain driver and passenger
When using detergent solution or disinfectant wipes, the surface will remain wet for 60
seconds and then left to dry to ensure the virus is killed. A new wipe will be used for each
QR codes for recording purposes will be displayed inside the vehicle and passengers will
be asked to check in prior to entering the vehicle.
The driver is aware of the COVIDSafe app and the benefits of the app to further support
contact tracing if required.
A copy of this COVID-19 Safety Plan will be kept inside our shuttle bus and at the business premises.
Condition of entry: For our own safety and the safety of others, passengers who are sick or feeling unwell are not allowed to enter our shuttle bus nor to participate to the workshop. We thus kindly ask our customers to keep us informed as soon as possible if feeling unwell. Their participation to the workshop will be cancelled and they will get fully reimbursed of their booking. Alternatively, their booking can be postponed to a later date.
